Bangkok Salad

3 hard boiled eggs
- red tomatoes
-pineapple
-cucumber
-lettuce
You can put onion & red bellpepper if you like.
-potato chips

Sauce:
100 gr crunchy peanut butter
150 ml boiling water
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt.

Wash all the vegetable-fruit, cut them as you like.
Using a small sharp knife, halve the eggs. Scoop yolks into a medium-size bowl, then press yolks with the back of spoon.
Mix with peanut butter and boiling water (little by little)... until mix well.
Add remaining sauce ingredient & mix well. Let them cold for a while. (I always put on refrig)
Cut the white eggs about 1/2 cm.

Mix all vegie, fruit, white eggs & potato chips and mix with the sauce just before you serve it.

*If you prepare the salad couple hours before you serve, just mix all vegie, fruit, white eggs without potato chips & sauce. Then you can mix it just before you serve.
